Coaching life transitions

At times, we find ourselves in situations where our usual approaches and strategies no longer work. This is when a coach can help us approach the situation in a new and different way.

As the only person with your unique talents and gifts, it's important to seek out support when faced with great indecision or a dead end.

For me, this realization came in my 40s after working in finance as an analyst. I began writing horoscopes for internet portals and eventually created my own astrology site. Alongside this, I also advised former students in their job search and discovered an interest in graphology, Ericksonian Hypnosis, and NLP. This led me to pursue coaching, and I trained with experts in the field, including Stephen Gilligan and Robert Dilts, and studied Clean Language with Lynne Burney.

In coaching, I learned that listening and silencing my ego was essential. It was a journey that began with writing and continues to this day.
